No! This is a course that is tailored for complete beginners where you don't need any prior knowledge, experience or understanding to start.

The whole course is taught live through a Microsoft Teams call. You will be able to ask direct questions to Chris and interact in real time when relevant to you.

Absolutely! You won't need to share any sensitive information and we teach practices from day one which will protect you from any scams or hacks in the future.

The course is two full days (08:30-17:00). Join the call at 08:30 for introductions about the session. The course starts at 09:00 but this allows 30 minutes to work through any technical issues. There are regular Q&A periods which can be used as break time. There will also be a 30 minute lunch break each day.

All you will need is a laptop with a webcam and the ability to access Microsoft Teams on the web browser. The Microsoft Teams app does not work for this style of course. When you want to join you must open Microsoft Teams on the web browser. A common issue we have if is the app is already installed on the computer it will keep trying to open Teams in the app. You must choose the option that says "Continue on this browser". IPads do not work on this course.
